Returns policy

If our products and customer service hasn’t helped you, we’ll accept your refund within 30 days of purchase without any hassles.

Consumer Guarantees

1. The customer is responsibility to check the Product immediately upon receipt and advise
us of any faults or damage so that we can resolve the issue for you. 

2. If you have received a Product with a fault, damage or defect, please by email immediately
and provide evidence of the fault, damage or defect along with proof of purchase, and let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please note that due to the nature of Products, repairs cannot be offered. The faulty Product must be returned to
us prior to us processing your exchange or refund.

3. To return the Product to us, simply initiate the return here within 30 days of purchase and when we receive the product back to our warehouse, we’ll be happy to send your full purchase price back.

The customer is responsible for properly packaging, printing the return label, and shipping the products to us.

We accept all major shipment methods, with USPS Priority Mail being the most reliable and affordable in most cases.

The Pelvic Hub is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. If the Product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or defective, we will exchange or refund (to your original payment method) the product at your request.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

5. For some Products, we are happy to offer you a full refund of purchase price if you
change your mind. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs in these circumstances.

6. Refunds for change of mind will only be offered if the Product is unused, undamaged and
still in its original unopened packaging.

7. In order to obtain your refund, you must by email within 3 days of receiving the
Product and inform us of your intention to obtain a refund.

8.  You must return the Product to us with proof of purchase by registered post within 7 days of receiving the Product. The Product must be returned to us prior to us processing your refund. If the Product is confirmed to be fit for resale, we will refund (to your original payment method) the Product.
